INGRIDIENTS:
MALAI 2 TABLESPOONS
SUJI 3 TABLESPOONS
CHOPPED ONION 1/2
CHOPPED TOMATO 1/2
CHOPPED CORIANDER 1TABLESPOON
CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI 1 TEASPOON
SALT 1/2 TEASPOON
BREAD SLICES
METHOD:
MIX ALL INGRIDIENTSD EXCEPT BREAD AND LET THEM REST FOR 10 MINUTES.
TAKE A BREAD SLICE AND APPLY 2 TABLESOON OF PREPARED MIXTURE ON IT.
HEAT UP THE PAN AND PUT THE PREPARED BREAD SLICE ON IT.MAKE SURE U PUT IT FROM THE SIDE WHERE MIXURE HAD BEEN SPREAD.COOK IT FROM BOTH THE SIDES UNTILL GOLDEN BROWN.
CUT THE BREAD INTO PEACES NAD SERVE IT HOT WITH YOUR FAVOURITE CHUTNEY.

INGREDIENTS:
SUJI 1/2 CUP
CURD 1 CUP
BACKING SODA 1/2 TEASPOON
BACKING POWDER 1/2 TEASPOON
SALT 2 TEASPOON
HING A PINCH
OIL 3 TABLESPOONS
CHOPPED CAPSICUM 1/2 CUP
CHOPPED ONION 1/2 CUP
CURRY LEAVES 5 -6
RAI 1/2 TEASPOON
TOMATO SAUCE 2 TABLESPOONS
CHILLI SAUCE 1 TABLESPOONS
GARAM MASALA 1/2 TEASPOON
WATER FOR STEAMING

METHOD:
ADD SUJI,CURD,1/2 TEASPOON SALT,HING.THIS BATTER SHOULD NOT BE RUNNY AND IF THE BATTER IS TOO DRY ADD WATER.
ADD BAKING POWDER AND BAKING SODA TO IT.MIX IT WELL AND LET IT REST FOR 5 MINUTES.
GREAS IDLI MAKER AND POUR 1 TABLE SPOON IN EACH MOULD AND PUT TO STEAM FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES.DEMOULD IDLIES AND KEEP THEM ASIDE.
ADD OIL TO PAN ,LET IT HEAT AND ADD RAI AND CURRY LEAVES TO IT.
ADD ONION,CAPSICUM,SALT,CHILI SAUCE,TOMATO SAUCE AND GARAM MASALA TO IT.SAUTE IT FOR 5 MINUTES.NOW ITS TIME FOR HERO OF THE DISH...IDLIES.. DROP IDLIES IN THE PAN AND AGAIN SAUTE IT FOR 5 MINUTES.
SERVE THESE IDLIES WITH COCONUT CHUTNEY AND SAUCE.
